Get your written flat-rate
We quote in writing, never with a vague hourly guess that balloons on move day. To put a real number together we need a few things: your move date, the pickup and delivery addresses or ZIPs (the form defaults to 20166 for Sterling), the size of the place, and a quick rundown of the heavy or awkward items — pianos, gun safes, a treadmill in the basement, anything that needs extra hands.
From there we’ll send back a flat-rate for local jobs or a binding written quote for long-distance, with the included blankets, dollies, and tools already in the price and nothing buried in fine print. Virginia law requires that written estimate before we move a box, so you’ll have it before you commit. A $150 deposit then locks your crew and truck onto the calendar — and it comes straight off your final total, so it’s never money lost. Call (888) 711-4778 if you’d rather just talk it through.
